Return Policy

Neoteric Designs Inc. offers a 30 day refund policy. Returns on uninstalled/in new condition parts are accepted; used, installed, or new but damaged items will not be accepted. After 30 days, returns will be handled on a case by case basis. Due to financial institution and merchant service security protocols many electronic transactions are not editable after 30 days, therefore most returns after 30 days will resolve in an exchange or credit towards other Neoteric Designs Inc. offered products. Please contact Info@NeotericDesigns.net to receive a return authorization and DO NOT return anything without first contacting Neoteric Designs Inc. If the return is being made as a result of an error by Neoteric Designs Inc., we will refund original shipping charges and will provide a return shipping label. If the return is not due to an error made by Neoteric Designs Inc. we will ask that the customer cover any return shipping charges. Product returns made outside of Neoteric Designs Inc. the 30 day window are expected to be unused and in the original sealed packaging. Items that have been opened or damaged may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  

MISSING OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Things happen, and unfortunate mishaps may occur when packages end up missing or stolen from their shipping address. Neoteric Designs will take responsibility for everything up to the point of shippers acceptance, and once orders have been shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier (typically USPS) to deliver orders/packages safely in a timely manner to the shipping address indicated on the order.

Neoteric Designs is NOT responsible for any of the following situations:

• Wrong Address provided by customer at checkout.
• Missing or stolen package when order shows as being "Delivered" by shipping carrier.
• Damage to products that occur during shipping or delivery.

Unfortunately, package theft is on the rise, so please take precautions to ensure your receiving address location is safe for your order to be left unattended. Sometimes lost or missing packages are left out of view, or with a neighbor or a family member. If you suspect your package was stolen, YOU must file a claim with USPS, or a police report; If you decide to upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail Shipping during checkout, this will automatically include shipping insurance up to $100 which you can file a claim with USPS directly.
