Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays . If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a day or two. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone you provided.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders are shipped via USPS.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been processed containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Neoteric Designs Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages

Neoteric Designs Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Note: Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. International Shipping is NOT available due to ITAR regulations with no exceptions. 

7. Orders will be shipped only to addresses matching the payment billing address. if an order is canceled, a 3% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount. 

8. All orders exceeding $300 value will be shipped with insurance and signature required. Please insure someone is available to sign for delivery. If package is not signed and is returned, a refund will be issued MINUS the shipping charges.

9. If package is returned and customer would like to receive again, new shipping charges will be applied.
